FRIDAY 18:30-19:15

This class is aimed to be a higher intensity session based upon short sprints, anaerobic training and skill based movements looking to up their game in the gym or at competitions. Expect more individual workouts, technical barbell movements, an emphasis on work and recovery periods and how to improve your speed when transitioning between exercises. What better way to throw it down with some friends on a Friday night here at The Fort than a good competitive lung burner?
