Who we are.

We set up FORTITUDE because we want to make a difference. We want a gym which focuses on you. No more fads or gimmicks, just effective training by passionate and enthusiastic coaches, simple plans, all the support and guidance you need to feel confident along the way and an approach centred around seeing you truly smash it.

Our purpose is simple.

A great space which makes members feel part of something. Plenty of sweaty workouts. A great atmosphere. A safe, positive and non-judgemental environment. An ethos which supports you to push past those physical and mental limits. Somewhere you, can really start focusing, on you.

Functional training means movements which reflect the things you do on a day-to-day basis. We aim to make every session exhilarating and push you out of your comfort zone just a little. It’ll be worth it, we promise.

The RECOVERY room

Our RECOVERY Room hosts a Wattbike Atom with Integrated tech which allows you to Zwift, race, record & screen your movement in order to check for any muscular imbalances. This room also allows our coaches space for Rehab, mobility, postural analysis and breath work offering a fully holistic approach to your health & fitness.

Shower & changing facilities

Space to shower, change, hair drying facilities and lockers to make sure you feel fresh after even the most sweaty workouts.

The FUEL Room

Our community cafe space. Treat yourself to a coffee before your training session for a little boost, enjoy a post workout recovery drink, stay for a chat after a class or bring your laptop for a change of scenery from WFH.
