As a qualified PT for over 4 years now , I have helped many different people on their journeys - whether that is finding confidence when just starting out, rehabilitating an injury, improving posture, getting that first pull-up, losing weight or just getting that drive back with new goals after getting stuck in a plateau.

If you can make the time you spend in the gym more fun then you're a lot more likely to stick with it. So, whether it is the support you need to hit the PB’s you’ve been after for a while, to revive your training or just to start working towards overall better well-being; I'll be there to support you and give you that extra push every step of the way.


 

I started my fitness journey in 2015 with a focus on bodybuilding and the goal of building muscle and feeling great on stage. In 2017 I did my first bodybuilding competition and loved every part of the process and the huge personal challenge however since then I’ve come to realise that fitness is so much more than just the way you look. I enjoy seeing the improvements in performance, it’s changed my mindset and the way that I approach life.

When training my clients I have a goal orientated approach as even the smallest of goals make training more fun and give you something to work towards. I like to combine weight training with high intensity workouts to achieve effective results in strength, fitness and weight loss. I love seeing people challenge themselves, push further than they thought possible, feel proud at the end of it (and excited for their next workout!)
